In conjunction with the New York Immigration Committee, UNITE HERE! Local 100 and allies will be rallying at Rockefeller Center from 3PM-5PM in support of UNITE HERE! Local 100 members, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), American Care Act (ACA) and our communities at large!
We need to fight for the protections of those who serve NY & NJ!

Donald Trump and Jeff Sessions’ imminent decision to phase out DACA will only further defile the American Presidency, already marred by overt sympathies for white supremacists like Joe Arpaio.
On Tuesday, September 5th, New Yorkers will take to the streets to remind this President that we will protect immigrant New York and that we are HERE TO STAY!
We will gather at Foley Square at 5:30 p.m. and then march to the Brooklyn Bridge.
