Save the Date for a Day of Action with UNITEHERE! Local 100!
In 2018, over 50% of all UNITE HERE! contracts across North America will be expiring!
These contracts protect NY & NJ workers and their families. They protect them from being discriminated against because of their race, gender identity and sexual orientation; they protect them from being abused or threatened regardless of their immigration status; they protect them from falling victims to corporate greed; they protect their right to care for themselves and their families when sick. In conjunction with the New York Immigration Committee, UNITE HERE! Local 100 and allies will be rallying at Rockefeller Center from 3PM-5PM in support of UNITE HERE! Local 100 members, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), American Care Act (ACA) and our communities at large!
We need to fight for the protections of those who serve NY & NJ!
