Hugo Rodriguez has been a proud member of UNITEHERE Local 100 since 2021 and currently serves as a Union Shop Steward at his workplace. He has worked as a cook at Peter Luger Steak House in Long Island since 2001. Since 2021, Hugo has also been a member of the Union’s Executive Board.
Hugo is deeply committed to social justice, dedicating his time and energy to fighting injustice and supporting noble causes on behalf of minority communities. Hugo has traveled to Arizona to canvas for Presidential Elections.
