Hamdy Elamrousy has been a Trustee with UNITE HERE! Local 100 since 1994. He has been an active Union member since 1981, representing Gallagher’s SteakHouse employees as a Shop Steward. He graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. As a shop steward, Hamdy voices the concerns of employees, and works to negotiate an efficient contract between Gallagher’s Steakhouse Management and the Union. As a Trustee, Hamdy aids in database management, oversees Union budgets and provides expertise on how the Union should manage its finances,
