Christina Dubose has been a proud member of UNITEHERE Local 100 since 2018. She has worked as a Compass RA at Google since 2015, and currently holds the position of Senior Cook. Christina’s passion for her work extends beyond the kitchen—she views her role on the Union’s Executive Board not just as a responsibility, but as a calling to serve, advocate, and uplift her fellow workers.
A dedicated Union delegate, Christina has actively participated in rallies, member actions, and leadership efforts to strengthen the voice of hospitality workers across the city. Her deep understanding of the Union’s mission and values fuels her ongoing commitment to the movement.
Outside of work, Christina is the proud mother of three beautiful children. Balancing motherhood, Union duties, and her professional career is a daily challenge she embraces with heart and determination. For Christina, everything she does is rooted in a desire to lead by example—showing her children and her coworkers what it means to stand up for justice, for each other, and for a better future.
Christina’s leadership is grounded in action, perseverance, and purpose; she continues to fight for meaningful change, believing that by inspiring even one person to stand tall and never give up, she builds a stronger, more united future for all.
