Hamdy Elamrousy has been a proud and active member of UNITEHERE Local 100 since 1994. Hamdy joined the union in 1981. He’s a dedicated Shop Steward, consistently voicing workers’ concerns and advocating for fair contracts including benefits, and dignity and respect at the workplace.
In his role as Trustee, Hamdy plays a vital part in overseeing budgets, and advising on financial strategies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from Pace University. Hamdy’s deep knowledge and commitment make him a trusted voice in both the workplace and the Union. Hamdy is well respected by his peers and remains committed to improving the lives of all Union members.
