On April 1st UNITE HERE Local 100 members from Kennedy International Airport and Newark Liberty Airport, Margarita Vasquez from Sky Chefs and Fedra Zuzunaga from United Airlines, traveled to Seattle for a two-day Airline Catering Summit. They advocated on behalf of airline catering workers across the nation to showcase the value they bring to the airline industry, and reinforced the message that “One Job Should be Enough” for airport workers to support themselves and their families.
