Andrew Larrier has been an Executive Board Member of UNITEHERE Local 100 since 2005 and has been a tireless advocate for his fellow Union members. He has worked as a vendor at Madison Square Garden since 1995 and has served as a Shop Steward since 2000.

Andrew proudly represents the Union during new hire orientations, introducing prospective members to the importance of joining the Union and the benefits it offers, including dignity, respect, and a collective voice on the job. Andrew Larrier is passionate about attending orientations and making sure new employees feel informed, supported, and welcomed.

One of his proudest moments was attending the 2001 UNITEHERE Convention in Los Angeles, where civil rights leader Jesse Jackson delivered a keynote address. Among his greatest achievements is securing contract benefits—such as holiday pay and longevity bonuses—for commission-based workers at Madison Square Garden who had long been excluded from these benefits.

Andrew’s dedication and commitment to the Union remain a top priority, and he continues to fight for fairness, equity, and the rights of all members.
