Virginia Vargas has been a proud member of UNITEHERE Local 100 since 2013. She has served as a Union Shop Steward at her workplace since 2017 and joined the Union’s Executive Board in 2024.
Virginia is also an active member of the Union’s bargaining committee, where she represents her coworkers and advocates stronger contracts to improve working conditions. Virginia’s dedication to the labor movement reflects her commitment to justice and solidarity in the workplace.
